I can't wait to go to the US one day and go to all these wonderful sounding places! I've heard a lot of good things about Portland, so maybe that will be my first stop.

WOW! All this food looks delicious, I am so impressed with the sheer variety you managed to find. For all those vegans visiting Spain in the near future, check out our brand new vegetarian guide to Madrid :

Love it! Your photos are gorgeous. I'm close to Victoria these days - will have to try out the Wildfire Bakery. Sounds delicious!

Hi,

Thank you for this informative post. I'm leaving for Mexico in 3 weeks time and i'll be staying there for about 2-1/2 to 3 months. My major concern is locating restaurants serving up quality vegan meals. Can you tell me if there are a good number of food establishments for vegans, or if you can suggest for options on how i can get vegan dishes other than the ones you've mentioned? Thanks!

Nice to see you again!!

Green Cuisine is closed (at least last time I checked) due to a fire. Cafe Bliss is just that!! I LOVED it... I got the best kombucha there and loads of desserts!!
