I just found your blog, and I'm so thrilled! Love food + travel, and in fact I spent a few brief days myself in Antwerp this year, on my own four-month travel extravaganza. I was staying with a vegan friend so she cooked for us most nights, but I did go to Het Natuurhuis Antwerpen and buy chocolate - so much fun exploring. Can't wait to hear more about your trip!

There is an Exki near foodmaker, if you were at the one near the trainstation. Also in the neighborhood is Ahaar, a veggy only Indian buffet, all you can eat for 9euros. Some of their stuff is vegan, but they are different every day. You can also order something custom made for you, for a little extra I think.
