		<description>Hello! I&#039;ve been in that restaurant yesterday night! It&#039;s really good (especially after Uyuni where it&#039;s not very easy to find good vegan food...). Some tofu dishes are usually made with butter but she made them with vegetal oil for us. The falafels are not exactly like they do it Israël, they&#039;re more crispy, but they&#039;re excellents. they&#039;re a little more expensive now (it&#039;s still very cheap...). Thank you for your blog it can be very useful for vegan travelers :)</description>
