John and I are back in Canada and currently hanging out in Victoria, British Columbia. Before we return to “real life” and get back to working full time, we’re taking a month to relax, unwind from our travels, and give our bodies some extra love and care. We’ve set a goal to do 30 days of hot yoga (we’re already half way there!!) and refresh our bodies with an overload of fruits, veggies and healthy homemade meals. Given our current state of mind and health goals, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from Genesis Today with an offer to send us some samples of their new super fruit juices.
Now, I’ll tell you up front I’m not a juice drinker. I like drinking water and kombucha, but juice isn’t usually on my radar. John on the other hand drinks juice like water, it’s kind of a problem. Well, not really. But it seems like he’s always running out!
John and I agreed our favourite of the three juices was the Acai Light with Coconut Water. We had a chance to try acai while in Brazil and loved it. I’m happy to know we can still enjoy the flavour of acai while in our home country. Not only does this juice taste good, it has some pretty awesome health benefits. The coconut water is great for hydrating and replacing electrolytes, just what we need after hot yoga. This juice is fortified with B12 and has 1000% of the daily recommended intake value. How great for vegans! One last reason why this juice was my favourite: the first item on the ingredient list is acai berry puree. Not water, not sugar, not grape juice. Acai! And this super fruit is known being full of antioxidants. It’s said to give natural energy, promote healthy skin, hair and nails, as well as assist with weight control.
John’s second fave: Pomegranate & Berries with Resveratrol. This one also has 1000% of your B12 RDI. The resveratrol is said to be good for heart health.
Last but not least, Cranberry and Goji. We didn’t like this one quite so much. It’s very tart! The goji and cranberry mix is said to support a positive mood, eye health and kidney health. It’s also packed with B12.

MMMM Pomegranet for sure! I love that these are in season right now, I bought some from the market last week and they were HUGE! and very tasty!
Acai light coconut vegan WOW sounds awesome!!! I would luv to taste and win.
How about this? I’m going to try all three, even if I don’t win! They look phenomenal! I know I would like Cranberry Goji and Pomegranate Berries, but I’m really curious to try the Acai Coconut one! I would prefer to win a lifetime supply…when is THAT contest?
I’m a huge fan of acai, the acai light coconut sounds delicious!
I think I’d actually like the cranberry/goji one–I’m a fan of tart drinks!
I love coconut water! The acai light with coconut water would definitely be the one I would love to try :)
I’d love to try the acai one!
Mmmm! I think acai would get my vote!
I would probably like any of them depending on what they are sweetened with. I’ve had all the flavors in other juices and some have been very tart and others are sweetened just right so I’ll have to try them all and see.
Thats weird, I didn’t know these are vegan. Has GT had these products certified vegan? If not, why?
Hi! I would love to try the Acai one, since I love coconut water.
Hi – I entered also by Tweet.
I entered also by liking your Facebook entry.
i think that the cranbery and goji berry is the one i would like to try first, but i would like very much to try them all!
Acai, absolutely. I love acai to begin with, but I also love coconut water, and that B12 content is insanely cool.

pomegranate and berries sounds absolutely delightful!
Acai Light with Coconut Water! I’m so pumped about this one. I put coconut water in my morning smoothies and use it to fix minor headaches. I was wondering my no one had thought to make a juice-coconut water blend and then, ta-da!, here it is. :)

The Acai light with coconut water sounds yummy! I love anything with coconut, but I would like try them all.
I would like them all, they each have great health benefits, but if I was to pick one, it would be the pomegranate & berries.
