This sounds like fun! I can’t believe I missed the Hot Stimulating Café while we were in Darjeeling! I discovered how much I loved momos while we were in McLeod Ganj in North India- so many different types and all soooo delicious!

The momos in Darjeeling are yummy. The place is quite special

India has wonderful food. Probably the only country where the treatment of cows is satisfactory.

Might try a food course next time in India.

What a fun experience that sounded like! And before I read the text, I thought “That guy looks like Carlos Santana!” when I saw the photo of Rumbu!

I’d love to visit Darjeeling someday. The foothills of and valleys of the Himalaya must be breathtaking.
