Hi Jill

I made this pasta for my evening meal today - and I was blown away by the ease of it. I've been meaning to make it for a while, and, when my wife made me a veggie pasta sauce this afternoon, I thought it was time I did.

I found your recipe, checked out the video and went to work. Half an hour later I was sitting down to my meal. I doubt I'll ever buy pasta again!

I've taken the liberty of putting the recipe and some pics on my blog. I've acknowledged your recipe and included a link to this site. I hope this meets with your approval.

My blog is all about bread and my veganism. You'd be very welcome to check it out.

Best regards, Paul

My daughter loves making this pasta. She is 12 years old and I am happy that she can look at recipes like this, home made is always best and she will gain the experience for her future. We are both vegan so pasta without egg is ideal for us.

I was so irritated by the music in this that I shut the volume off. I would have liked to have heard the Italians speaking in this, even if I didn't fully understand it. Instead I found myself trying desperately to hear them while you were trying to drown them out. If you can re-post WITHOUT THE MUSIC I would appreciate it. It ruined this for me.

This looked really good, but I think I got confused by the recipe. I mixed the flour and 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of water, then added another 1/2 cup of water, and it was a soggy mess. What did I do wrong? I want to try again, please advise!

That is sooo awesome! I have only made pasta from scratch once and that was before I was vegan. This looks so sweet! I love fresh pasta! I want to buy the attachment for my kitchenaid to make pasta, but its super expensive.
