One of my challenges as a nomadpreneur is finding accommodations with kitchens. Anyone who reads this may feel free to email me for more tips on what it’s like in China! Thanks again and I’ll definitely mention your site on my blog and I’ll let you know when I do.
So many great links there! I mentioned your blog to my brother who wants to travel in Europe next spring. He’s vegetarian. Maybe he’ll blog about his adventures.

If anyone ends up in the Louisville area, there are several Vegan restaurants around. The best is the Third Ave. Cafe, they have a lot of original menu items and Vegan sweets as well. My favorite is the Vegan Rueben sandwhich with homemade chips and the carrot cake.
