@Andrea – South America really is amazing. You’re so lucky to have visited Ecuador. I would have loved to traveled there but we had to move on to other places. I love the sound of vegan food in the rain forest :)

What a great looking potluck — even the mega-cookie worked out in the end. I’ve only been to Ecuador (twice) in S. America, and you’re making me wish I had explored other places as well. We found great vegan food wherever we went, including the Amazon Rain Forest.
