		<description>What a great looking potluck — even the mega-cookie worked out in the end. I&#039;ve only been to Ecuador (twice) in S. America, and you&#039;re making me wish I had explored other places as well. We found great vegan food wherever we went, including the Amazon Rain Forest.</description>
