I highly recommend visiting Utrecht if you’re planning to visit Holland. It’s a very pretty city, with not that huge amount of tourists (especially not biking around like in Amsterdam) and it is pretty humble as well.

There’s a vegetarian asian restaurant in Utrecht as well, it’s called Soy. http://www.soy-utrecht.nl/ They have vegan options as well.

Will totally go shopping at EkoPlaza!
It’s funny cause I go to Utrecht all the time and I didn’t even know about Ekoplaza! The only health food store I know in Utrecht is a huge one at the Burg. Reigerstraat. (I can’t remember the name of the shop).
